How to Make Garlic Thanksgiving Turkey Gravy

This is one of the last things you make, and people will hound you, but stand strong.

Once you pull the turkey out of the oven, you need to pour pan drippings into a measuring cup OR a dripping separator.

Today, I added some scrapings from the pan first. They carmelize like candy and dissolve well.

The drippings have carmelized all yummy. Don’t worry, they dissolve into delicious gravy!

Add garlic and flour, then cook for 2 minutes over medium heat to remove raw flour flavour and give a nutty taste. Then mix in any remaining drippings (leave the fat behind if you have a separator).
