1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Butter
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoons Maple syrup (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

Prep: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
